Bicep curls are a good way to keep your biceps looking great. As you do this exercise, remember to keep your shoulders down away from your ears and your shoulder blades slightly contracted. A good rule of thumb is to slightly rotate your palms as you work through each curl.
Step By Step Instructions
Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-width apart and hold weights down by your sides.
Curl arms toward shoulders, focusing on not letting the back sway too far forward during the curling motion. Return to the starting positing. Repeat movement until total number of repetitions are complete.
