Leg Stretch 1

This exercise stretches the upper and lower portions of the calf muscles, which is very important if you do much walking or running—or if you just want to have legs that look and feel great.

Step By Step Instructions

Step 1

Standing in front of a wall, place hands at wall and one foot against wall. Lean into the wall, keeping knee almost straight for 15-30 seconds. After 15-30 seconds, bend your knee and hold for another 15-30 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
