Fruit Mueslix with Yogurt and Berries

Mueslix is a dry mixture of fruit and grains. Substitute almond butter for nuts and honey if you prefer less crunch!

Makes 4 servings. Total preparation time: 5 minutes.


  1. Add the rolled oats, coconut, ground flaxseed, apple sauce, coconut water, goji berries and cinnamon to the bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Spoon into bowls. Top with 2 tablespoons yogurt and garnish with berries and nuts. If not using yogurt, you can use 1/2 tablespoon of almond or peanut butter instead. Enjoy!


2 cups unsweetened apple sauce or crushed pineapple

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup shredded coconut, optional

3 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1  cups water or coconut water

1 cup coconut milk yogurt soy yogurt, optional

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup dried goji berries

Fresh berries and chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
