Jamaican Hibiscus Ginger Tea
Ideal for leisurely back-porch sipping, this delicious drink is the perfect accompaniment to a warm, sunny day.
Makes 12 servings. Total preparation time: 7 minutes.
Fill a large pitcher with ice and place a colander on top. Pour brewed tea through colander over ice. Season with more honey to taste if necessary. Serve in individual glasses with more ice and garnish with lime.
