The Spiderman push-up is a progression from a standard push-up, making it more challenging and rewarding! As with any core exercise, you want to make sure that you engage your core by maintaining steady breathing and bringing your stomach towards your spine throughout the exercise.
Step By Step Instructions
Place your hands directly beneath your shoulders and your toes on the ground. Raise your body up, keeping your back flat and your hips level.
Begin to lower your body down (as you would for a standard push-up). As you lower your body, lift your right foot off the ground and bring your right knee up towards your elbow. Your leg should be rotated, with the inside of your leg facing the ground.
Push back up and return your foot to its starting position. Repeat with the other foot
