Hold a dumbbell in your right hand and stand in a splitstance position with your left foot staggered in front of your right foot. Lean your upper body slightly forward while holding the weight, bend your right elbow and keep your right upper arm parallel to the torso.
Keeping your elbows pressed against the
body, press your arm backward until straightened. Repeat until total number of repetitions are complete.
