Veggie Caesar Lettuce Wraps

The perfect grab and go meal or snack. Light but satisfying, these veggie wraps are fun to make and easy to improvise with leftover ingredients if needed.

Makes 4 servings. Total preparation time: 5 minutes.


  1. In a blender, puree lemon juice, peel, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, Braggs Amino Acids, 1 avocado, olive oil and water until smooth. Store in a small jar or plastic container, covered. Good for 7 days refrigerated.
  2. Sprinkle halved cherry tomatoes and walnuts into romaine lettuce boats and garnish with avocado slices. Drizzle on dressing. Serve immediately.


3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (2 lemons, juiced)

2 inch lemon peel

1/3 cup olive oil

3 cloves peeled garlic

1/2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Braggs Amino Acids

1 avocado

2 tablespoon water

1/4 cup walnuts

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 hearts of romaine lettuce

1 avocado sliced for garnish

We realize that you may not always have the time to cook meals from scratch, and that a quick and easy substitution may be needed. We always recommend cooking the real thing, but in a pinch you can try this instead:

Buy a bag of Caesar salad mix. Add cherry tomatoes, walnuts and diced avocado. Dilute half of dressing with cold water and serve with juiced lemon wedge. Enjoy!
