Han’s goal is to develop recipes and creative solutions for healthy, nutritious, prediabetes-free living. As a prediabetes Concierge Chef Consultant, Han works with our clinical team to assist and lead ongoing nutritional development efforts. Han also helps clients with their issues directly, providing in-depth nutrition education.

Han has spent a lifetime cultivating her knowledge of health and nutrition, learning the principles of vegetarian and vegan cooking at the Weimar Center of Health and Education in Weimar, Calif., more than 25 years ago. She received a graduate degree in Cardiopulmonary Sciences from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, Calif., and a bachelor’s degree from Pacific Union College In Angwin, California.
